The Arthritis Foundation – Indiana Chapter is a source of help and hope for the nearly 1.7 million Hoosiers living with arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation – Indiana Chapter is one of 150 Arthritis Foundation chapters and service points nationwide that provide community-based programs and raise funds. The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The Indiana Chapter consists of four offices: the main office, which is in Indianapolis and branch offices in Fort Wayne, Evansville and South Bend.
