The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Southwest Florida Council serves Southwest Florida Scouters in Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hendry, Lee, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties. The Council delivered scouting programs to 25,587 people through 355 packs, troops and posts. The Scouting Program includes summer camp, weekly den & troop meetings and special events.
