Founded in 1992, the mission of the Childhood Leukemia Foundation (CLF) is to lift the spirit and enhance the quality of life of children suffering with cancer. CLF offers a wide range of services at no charge to the child and family. We work with more than 140 specialized treatment centers, 43 pediatric oncology summer camps, and serve over 16,000 children nationwide each year. Our goal remains the same: to make sure children battling cancer know they are not alone. Through our programs we help make kids feel better about their appearance, provide fun camp experiences, help them keep in touch with their friends and families, provide gifts for their hospital stays, help families get much needed financial support and even help make special hospital requests a reality.
