Energy Outreach Colorado is the only organization in the state that raises money to help Coloradoans pay energy bills. Our mission is to make home energy more affordable for Colorado’s low-income residents through energy bill payment assistance, weatherization programs and conservation education. We also lead the state in pursuing affordable energy policies and advocating for energy efficiency measures in affordable housing. Since its inception in 1989, the organization has distributed more than $49 million to fund these programs.
