The Minnesota Zoo Foundation is the fundraising partner of the Minnesota Zoo. The Foundation exists to help realize the mission of the Minnesota Zoo by raising money, hosting events and advocating on behalf of the Zoo. The Zoo’s mission is to strengthen the bond between people and the living earth, which, loosely translated, means the zoo is dedicated to inspiring people to act on behalf of the environment. The Zoo provides award-winning recreational, educational and conservation programs, locally, nationally and internationally.
