Founded in 1983, Missionary Athletes International (MAI) is an inter-denominational mission agency, committed to communicating the revelation of Jesus Christ to all cultures through the environment of soccer. We accomplish this by doing sports ministry, training in sports ministry, and deploying sports ministers as a resource to the body of Christ. We look to partner with national churches and parachurch organizations to develop culturally relevant soccer ministry programs that become self-replicating. Our vision is to see God glorified, lives changed, and a worldwide movement of sports evangelism.
