Montana Wildlife Federation

Montana Wildlife Federation (MWF) is an organization of conservation minded people who share a mission to protect and enhance Montana’s public wildlife, lands, waters, and fair chase hunting and fishing heritage. Founded in 1935, the MWF monitors governmental, commercial, industrial and private activities that affect our natural resources. As the leading Montana advocate for sportsmen and sportswomen, we conduct conservation, wildlife, and sports education programs and symposiums. Our membership is dedicated to strong conservation principles and conservation policies that perpetuate wildlife, and develop lasting environmental safeguards for wildlife habitat.
