Orange County Rescue Mission

Orange County Rescue Mission seeks to minister the love of Jesus Christ to the least, the last and the lost of Orange County through the provision of assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, and health care. In fiscal year 2003, 427,805 meals were provided, 31,552 bed nights of shelter, 3,269 medical examinations and visits, 1,500 school backpacks were distributed to poverty-stricken children, 102 families, or 357 people, became self-sufficient, and 930 Christmas gifts were presented to poor families. The Mission is dedicated to providing meaningful and Godly solutions to the nearly 23,000 homeless in Orange County.
