Project Action Foundation’s mission is to prevent juvenile crime by providing disadvantaged and at risk children the opportunity to obtain training in the physical and cultural arts of dance, gymnastics and martial arts. Founded in 1994, Project Action Foundation currently has 4,000 gymnastic studios, 16,000 dance studios and 18,000 martial arts studios that participate as sponsors in over 3,000 U.S. cities. Project Action provides underprivileged children with scholarships to attend these established and recognized studios. Project Action closely monitors school grades, attendance and behavior. Many of our current scholarship children have shown remarkable scholastic turnarounds, sometimes from straight F’s to honor roll, after becoming involved in Project Action’s scholarship program.
