Strategies for the Global Environment is the umbrella organization for the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. Since 1998, the Pew Center has provided credible information, straight answers, and innovative solutions in the effort to address global climate change. Working on an issue that is often polarized and politicized, the Center provides a forum for objective research and analysis and for the development of pragmatic policies and solutions. Our approach is based on sound science, straight talk, and a belief that we can work together to protect the climate while sustaining economic growth. Since its inception, the Center has issued 92 reports from top-tier researchers, held briefings with government officials, and engaged the business community in search for solutions.
