Established in 1976, The Conservative Caucus Research, Analysis & Education Foundation (TCCF) supports the research and education activities of The Conservative Caucus (TCC). TCCF works to provide unique, nonduplicative leadership in policy battles of strategic importance which offer the possibility of success. The First 100 Ways is TCCF’s ongoing project to spell out specific steps which can Constitutionally be taken by a President of the United States who is determined to end legal abortion, withdraw from the institutions of the New World Order, restore local and parental control of education, eliminate all direct Federal taxation, defund the Left, end socialized medicine, and return to a system of Constitutional money without a privately-controlled, monopolistic, fractional reserve banking system.
