The mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Eastern North Carolina Chapter is to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis (MS). The Eastern North Carolina Chapter is part of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s fifty-state network of chapters. The Eastern North Carolina Chapter represents an estimated 3,700 people with MS, their families, care givers and health care professionals. Our chapter is nationally recognized for excellence in programs and advocacy, with services including: information and referral assistance; educational programs, Direct services including respite care, equipment loans, home and vehicle modifications and emergency assistance for people with MS; wellness and advocacy programs.
