American Land Conservancy (ALC) is dedicated to the preservation of land and water as enduring public resources, to protect and enhance our nation’s natural, ecological, historical, recreational and scenic heritage. A national, private, non-profit organization founded in 1990, ALC works in close partnership with communities, private landowners, local land trusts, public land agencies, and elected officials to create effective conservation solutions for threatened land and water resources.
