Since 1901, the American Lung Association of Ohio (ALAO) has been helping Ohioans breathe easier. We lead the fight to prevent lung disease and promote lung health through research, education, community service, and advocacy. ALAO offers workshops and seminars statewide throughout the year to provide education in the management of various lung diseases, smoking cessation, and the enhancement of facilitator skills for specific programs developed by the American Lung Association. ALAO works to control of all lung diseases because when you can’t breathe, nothing else matters.
