The Arthritis Foundation – Greater Chicago Chapter is one of 150 Arthritis Foundation chapters and service points nationwide to provide community-based programs and to raise funds. The Arthritis Foundation is the only national, voluntary health agency seeking the causes, cures, preventions and treatments for the more than 100 forms of arthritis. The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve the lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related disease. The Greater Chicago Chapter serves the Illinois counties of Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will, and the Indiana counties of Lake and Porter. We offer a variety of programs and events throughout the Greater Chicago area.
