Boulder Shelter for the Homeless

Boulder Shelter for the Homeless provides safe shelter, food, support services, and an avenue to self-sufficiency for homeless adults in the Boulder community. During the winter season, any adult in need can stay up to 90 nights at the Shelter. In the summer season, only men and women in our Transition Program can stay overnight. Transition Program residents work closely with Shelter case managers to determine what has led them to homelessness, and what steps they must take to overcome their situation. Transition Program residents must live drug- and alcohol-free, pay a fee for food and board, and save a percentage of their income in a Shelter-held escrow account.
