Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) began in 1992 as an association of approximately 50 companies dedicated to helping businesses be both commercially successful and socially responsible. BSR seeks to create a just and sustainable world by working with companies to promote more responsible business practices, innovation and collaboration. BSR provides tools, training, advisory services and collaborative opportunities in person, in print and online that equip companies to make socially responsible business practices an integral part of business operations and strategies. Today, BSR member companies have nearly $2 trillion in combined annual revenues and employ more than six million workers around the world.
