Founded in 1981, Christian Foundation for Children and Aging (CFCA) is a lay Catholic organization serving the poor at mission sites around the world. Through sponsorship of children and aging we build relationships of mutual respect and support while raising awareness in our own country of the needs and gifts of the poor and the mission outreach of the Church. The CFCA family now includes more than 270,000 sponsors, missionary partners in 26 countries, a Kansas City headquarters staff, volunteers and a 12-member board of directors, serving more than 290,000 needy children and aging at Catholic mission sites around the world.
