Since 1982, the focus of Church Dynamics International (CDI) has been helping the local church accomplish its Great Commission of Christ. The Church Project Ministry, a program of CDI, aids local church leaders/pastors to form global strategies to produce church growth. CDI Offers a four step program which includes: vision casting, reproductive discipleship, diagnostic interviews, and leadership training. CDI has serviced pastors running programs in Austin, Texas, Wimberley, Texas, Peru and Ethiopia.
