Founded in 1981, Cleveland Housing Network (CHN) develops affordable housing in Cleveland’s neighborhoods, with a special emphasis on serving families in poverty and on providing homeownership opportunities. We carry out this mission by working with our seventeen member community development corporations to develop capital and manage programs directed towards saving existing homes and helping low and moderate income families with their needs for housing and self-respect.
