Development Associates International (DAI) is committed to developing the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders worldwide so that the church can fulfill its role in extending the Kingdom of God. DAI has identified and focused on four core functions it provides to accomplish its purpose of building the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders. These are: relevant, non-formal educational experiences, fostering growth through relationships, specialized counsel and advice in critical areas and creating, and building and maintaining partnerships.
