Founded in 1961, Forgotten Man Ministries (FMM) began with one committed chaplain in the Kent County Jail. Today, we have 33 chaplains serving in jails throughout Michigan. FMM brings together inmates, chaplains, and lay workers in the study and ministry of God’s Word. Jails across Michigan use the FMM volunteers and chaplains to conduct one-on-one counseling, worship services, prayer meetings, rehab classes, and Bible studies for inmates. We try to restore inmates to be responsible citizens of Michigan, America, and, hopefully, in the Kingdom of God.
