French Camp Academy (FCA) was established in 1885. The dedicated Christians who founded the school placed highest priority on spiritual growth and character development, and they wisely affirmed the authority and reliability of the Bible as the Word of God. Their commitment-as ours today-was to Christ and His Kingdom. Today, as an independent academic institution, FCA is interdenominational and free of ecclesiastical control. Much has changed at FCA in 110 years, but our commitment remains the same-to create for our students the warm and nourishing environment of a Christian family. FCA is a 1,200-acre community within a community. Approximately 300 young people and adults live and work here.
