Greater Twin Cities United Way (GTCUW) was created in 2001 by the merger of the United Ways of Minneapolis and St. Paul . GTCUW brings together caring people to help others, to address tough local issues and to create a better place for all of us to live. We work hard to make sure people have the education, jobs, shelter, food and health they need to be successful. We do this by: educating people on key community issues like early childhood development and self-sufficiency; creating partnerships like Housing Connections and Service Through Technology; and investing in high-quality programs that produce measurable results.
