HomeBase Youth Services (HBYS) is an Arizona-based agency founded in 1991 to address the growing needs of at-risk and homeless youth 21 years and younger in Arizona. Programs include: Early Intervention/Prevention, Street Outreach, Medical Outreach, Transitional Living, Independent Living, Employment and Life/Skills and a Learning Center for street kids to earn their GEDs. HBYS provides real life solutions to the physical, mental and emotional abuse and neglect these youth have suffered for far too long. HBYS sends a very clear message to at-risk and homeless youth of the valley: You are welcome here, you are valued and you are worthy of respect.
