Interfaith Community Services

Formed in 1979 by a small group of North County Faith Communities to address the growing problems of poverty, homelessness and other human needs, Interfaith Community Services provides the tools necessary for people to reach optimum self-sufficiency. We work with the homeless, hungry and undereducated; half of our target population being children. Through its continuum of care, Interfaith is able to provide not only food, clothing and shelter, but also, career training and counseling, childcare, physical and mental health care, transitional housing, veterans services and sobering/detoxification services
