Founded in 1969, Interplast provides free reconstructive plastic surgery for needy children and adults in developing countries. Over the years, Interplast’s donors, medical volunteers, and international partners have provided more than 54,000 life-changing surgeries for impoverished patients. Interplast cares for children and adults who might otherwise be sentenced to a lifetime of devastation and suffering. Interplast’s programs provide corrective surgery and related care for needy patients with congenital deformities or other disabling conditions, including severe burns and hand injuries.
