Juliette Fowler Homes, chartered by the state of Texas in 1892, is a faith-based organization providing a gracious and caring community. Fowler provides a full continuum of care for seniors from independent and assisted living apartments to long-term care. We operate four residential programs which provide a home and special services for more than 330 residents each day: retirement and assisted living apartments, long-term and skilled nursing care, affordable apartments for the elderly and the mobility-impaired, residential treatment for emotionally-disturbed adolescents, and outpatient counseling for all ages. The institution is named for Juliette Peak Fowler, who has been described by The Dallas Morning News as “the city’s first philanthropist.”
