Lauritzen Gardens is a living museum of unique four-season plant displays, maintained to the highest standards consistent with environmental stewardship. We provide memorable educational and aesthetic experiences for all. A 100-acre site featuring many outdoor garden areas, Lauritzen Gardens thrives near downtown Omaha. The garden hosted 100,000 visitors in 2004 and currently has more than 4,000 members and 250 regular volunteers. Since opening in 2001, new garden areas have been added each year.
