As Little Sisters of the Poor of Indianapolis, we care for the elderly poor in spirit of humble service. We welcome the elderly as we would Jesus Christ himself and serve them with love and respect until death. Little Sisters of the Poor of Indianapolis operates a 67-bed facility for the care and housing of the elderly. In 2004, Little Sisters of the Poor of Indianapolis provided 22,901 patient-days to the elderly poor. We care for the elderly who are too poor to pay for the full cost of their care as would be required in a for-profit intermediate or residential care facility.
