Founded in 1990, Living Water International (LWI) is an inter-denominational Christian ministry committed to providing safe drinking water to those in developing countries. LWI operates training facilities which have trained more than 700 volunteers, who work with water solutions in more than 60 countries. LWI works with church planters, medical organizations, and other ministries – installing water systems in communities, churches, hospitals, schools and orphanages. LWI has completed more than 1,500 wells in 21 countries, and their water projects are supplying more than 32 million people with life-saving clean water. This year alone, LWI drilled 422 new water wells and rehabilitated 104 incapacitated wells.
