The National Heritage Foundation (NHF) conducts project activities that in the opinion of its Board of Directors tend to restore, maintain and extend our national heritage in the United States and the national heritage of cooperating countries throughout the world. Established in 1968, NHF promotes people to people projects by setting up “Foundations at NHF” (FANHFs) in the area of charitable, educational, scientific or religious activities. By consolidating the administration of these charitable projects, we lower costs to minimum levels. We currently have more than 7,000 foundations under our umbrella.
