The Palmer Drug Abuse Program (PDAP) was founded in 1971 in Houston, Texas. We have been providing free, quality substance abuse recovery services to teenagers and young adults for more than 34 years. We provide 12-step support group meetings, crisis intervention and referral, individual and family counseling sessions, and drug-free social and recreational activities for young people between the ages 12-25. We also provide recovery group meetings and other services for the parents of these young people. PDAP is non-sectarian and the primary requirement for membership is a desire to live a chemical free life.
