Founded in 1991, Project Angel Heart promotes the health, dignity, and self-sufficiency of people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses by providing nutritious, home-delivered meals with care and compassion. 2004 was a remarkable year for the agency–a year in which we served 823 client with 181,806 meals. Even in serving this magnitude of clients, Project Angel Heart has held true to its original tenor of service on which we were founded, “meals with love.”
