Reach Out Youth Solutions was founded by Dr. Barry St. Clair in 1977, as a response to the overwhelming need for leadership in the younger generation. Through Reach Out, Barry has developed Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry, a practical biblical strategy for encouraging and equipping youth leaders. With this strategy, Barry has developed Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry equipping teams in the United States, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, South Africa, Australia, Cuba and Egypt. Our mission is to equip leaders for Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry through the church to reach the younger generation.
