The Resource Renewal Institute (RRI) is dedicated to solving complex environmental problems by developing, promoting and facilitating innovative strategies for a sustainable future. RRI is an incubator of important ideas designed to challenge and change the way our resources are currently managed and protected. Founded in 1985, projects at RRI range from the Defense of Place conservation initiative, to ongoing projects such as Green Planning – the promotion of long-term, comprehensive governance strategies designed to achieve sustainability.
