Founded in 1982, the Share and Care Foundation seeks to enhance the quality of lives of the underprivileged in India by supporting programs in the fields of primary healthcare, education, welfare and development of women and children. Our objectives are to teach and train to enhance the skills of women and children so they can exit from poverty and be productive to the society; to promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship and reaffirm someone’s aspiration as an economic contributor of his/her family and the community; to make available basic health care to rural communities to reduce the social cost; and to help the communities affected by natural disaster. We want to share in their struggle to rebuild, revitalize and not to get back to poverty.
