SonScape Re-Creation Ministries was established in 1984 by Bob and Sandy Sewell. SonScape is a small group spiritual retreat for those in ministry and their spouses. The eight-day experience in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains serves as a place for those in ministry to rest, receive, recreate and renew their spirits. Our focus is on burnout prevention through spiritual formation. We seek to teach, model and provide time to practice the ‘holy rhythm of life’ – balance in our work, worship, rest and play, which is necessary for a growing relationship with our Lord. SonScape has ministered to individuals from 35 states, 20 countries and 80 denominations and organizations.
