The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin County is an interfaith-based organization reflecting the variety of faiths among its Dining Room guests, benefactors and the community. Our goal is straightforward: to provide services to the poor and needy of Marin County who might not otherwise receive help. The Dining Room was created in 1981 as a free kitchen to serve the hungry with dignity and a welcoming demeanor. Each year our kitchen serves more than 80,000 hot meals, providing the only meal of the day for many of our diners.
