Do you have a heart for service and want to support team members throughout Boot Camp? Become part of a team of Former Team Members working alongside the staff of Teen Missions.
Travel: After Boot Camp Commissioning your team will fly from Orlando International Airport to Minneapolis, Minnesota, and on to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, before traveling by bus to the Teen Missions base in Outlook, SK. Be part of a pioneering team building Canada’s first Teen Missions Boot Camp.
Ministry: Upon arrival at the Lord’s Boot Camp in Florida you will receive leadership and ministry training to help provide support to Teen Missions staff and volunteers throughout Boot Camp. You may have the opportunity to assist in puppet class, serve a meal or just help wherever you’re needed. Your service will be greatly appreciated. Once you arrive in Canada, the construction skills that you used on your previous teams will be put to use as you build the Obstacle Course, kitchen, and bathrooms for the 2020 Canada Boot Camp. You will have the opportunity to minister to First Nations people in the area and visit Onion Lake, a First Nations Reserve.
Adventure: You will have the chance to swim in Little Manitou Lake, that has a mineral density three times saltier than the ocean, and visit the Wanuskewin Heritage Park, a cultural and historical center of the First Nations. To be a part of this team you will need to be a former TEEN team member (16 years or older) and have good evaluations from your past team(s).
