El Monte Ministry Center seeks to encourage local churches through a wide range of ministries. We seek to support churches in evangelism and discipleship through our Christian camping program. We want to edify and develop churches and their leaders through conferences and workshops, and by making the facilities available for their own events. We actively mobilize Mexican churches toward world missions through our ten-month residential cross-cultural training course.
Our mission is to provide a retreat center where relationships with God and others may grow. We want to be good stewards of our resources and therefore seek an individual to be on call in case of a medical emergency during conferences and camps. This person would also be encouraged to be an active participate in other aspects of El Monte ministries.
